Do you offer color services? – No, I do not.
Do you service children? – Yes. I service children ages 9-12.
Am I able to transfer my appointment to my sister/child/friend/cousin? No.
Will my service take the full time? – The length of your appointment depends on the condition and makeup of your hair and both affect how long you sit under the dryer. I suggest allotting extra time for your appointment and not scheduling anything immediately after.
How should I arrive to my appointment? – Please arrive with hair that has been cleansed, conditioned, detangled and styled within the last 7 days. Please also arrive with your hair free from twists, buns, ponytails, and braids.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
- JVA Beauty/The Cuse Curlfriend has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a loss of your booking fee as it can be challenging to book last-minute appointments. A late cancellation fee of $50 is applied to Same-day cancellations as well. The best way to contact me regarding extenuating circumstances is to text/call (315) 741-5791.
- We offer a 10 minute grace period. Please reach out to JVA Beauty via text message (315-741-5791) if you are running more than 10 minutes late. Your appointment may be rescheduled (dependent on availability).
- We will reschedule the appointment if the schedule allows it. We will cancel the appointment if the schedule cannot accommodate a reschedule. The late cancellation fee ($50) will still be applied.
No Call, No Show
- JVA Beauty has a strict “no-call no-show” policy. No-call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.
