Do you offer color services? – No, I do not.
Do you service children? – Yes. I service children 10+ up.
Am I able to transfer my appointment to my sister/child/friend/cousin? No.
Will my service take the full time? – The length of your appointment depends on the condition and makeup of your hair and both affect how long you sit under the dryer. I suggest allotting extra time for your appointment and not scheduling anything immediately after.
How should I arrive to my appointment? – Please arrive with hair that has been cleansed, conditioned, detangled and styled within the last 7 days. Please also arrive with your hair free from twists, buns, ponytails, and braids.
What is your cancellation/late/no show policy?
- Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a loss your booking fee as it can be challenging to book last minute appointments. Same day cancellations will be charged a late cancellation fee of $50. The best way to contact me regarding extenuating circumstances is to text/call (315) 741-5791.
What is your late policy?
- I offer a 10 minute grace period. While I understand life happens, I cannot guarantee service for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to the appointment so as to not infringe on upcoming appointments.
What happens if I No Call, No Show? –
- No-call, no shows will be charged the full price of the appointment.
