Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes. There is a non-refundable $50 deposit for all new client services. The deposit is credited towards your scheduled service cost.

Do you service children?

Yes, ages 9+ up. The Kiddie Kurls service is perfect for ages 9-13.

Do you offer color services?

No, not at this time.

Will my service take the full time?

The length of your appointment depends on how much education you need, the condition and makeup of your hair both affect how long you sit under the dryer. I suggest allotting extra time for your appointment and not scheduling anything immediately after.

Rescheduling/ Cancellations/Late Arrivals/No Call, No Show

  • The Cuse Curlfriend has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a late cancellation fee of $50. Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service as well. The best way to contact me regarding extenuating circumstances is to text/call.
  • We offer a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive 15 or more after your scheduled appointment, you appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price. Please reach out via phone if you are running more than 10 minutes late.

The Cuse Curlfriend has a strict “no-call no-show” policy. No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.
